North has representatives practically all over the world, and these serve customers on a regional basis. In other words, the customer in a particular city will be attended to by the local representative, so that the relationship between this multinational company and all sailors is closely knit.

 

In order to provide technical support to the sales force, North Sails has a number of Sail Experts who are usually renowned, highly qualified sailors with a wealth of technical knowledge.

 

Andre Mirsky is a Sail Expert at North Sails who caters especially for customers with keelboats between 30 and 60 feet and monotypes like Star, Finn and all One Design Ocean classes.
